  • Full Time Sales Advisor (Cockfosters) - Job no. 22SCF1

    We are looking for a full time sales advisor to join our friendly team at Cockfosters. The role will involve assisting in the day-to-day running of the store, helping your supervisor and manager manage any tasks. You will be expected to stay positive and confident in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As challenging as the role can be, it is equally as rewarding as you help students to reach their fullest potential.

    Daily responsibilities include:

    1. Picking and packing orders as part of online order fulfiment.

    2. Keeping the front of store safe and tidy while customers shop and during opening and closing times.

    3. Taking pride in your work to make it your own and giving customers the confidence they need to start school.

    4. Engaging with a wide range of customers to generate a rapport with them so that customers recommend us and come again.

    5. Encouraging positive reviews and feedback to the store as well as elevating the business’ presence in the schoolwear world.

    6. Acting as a representative on the front-line of our customer service experience.

    Our supportive stores, warehouse, and head office teams will be behind you every step of the way and throughout your development. We guide each member of staff through thorough training which will give you the confidence to succeed in your role. While bringing ambition and charisma to the table, we encourage every member of staff to bring themselves to work. What this means is that we don’t want our staff members to be carbon copies of each other. We celebrate difference and want everyone’s personalities to shine at work.
