At Smiths Schoolwear, we are passionate about protecting and preserving our planet for the future generations that we serve. Beyond the little helps we do on a daily basis, such as becoming increasingly paperless and digital, we are working with our suppliers to build eco-conscious and sustainable product ranges.
With a combined approach of recycling materials such as plastic and reducing the impact of cotton production on water consumption, we are putting the environment on the front line of every one of our decisions.
A few years ago, we worked with our customers to build our Pre-Loved scheme. The concept, which was founded from a huge effort to reduce our carbon footprint, has been incredibly successful, seeing over 2,000 items gaining new homes and a second life. Our customers are rewarded for both buying and donating their Pre-Loved items.
