Terms & Conditions

1.       Website offers and promotions are only available exclusively online.

2.       Coupon code and free shipping option must be applied at time of transaction. The coupon code option can be found in shopping cart before you checkout. Once order is processed, discount and free shipping cannot be applied or rectified.

3.       Loyalty card scheme cannot be used in conjunction with online purchases.

4.       Exchange and refund policy

·         If you are unhappy with your purchase and you have receipt or website order confirmation we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days, providing the product is in a resalable condition. We expect this to mean you’ve kept all the original packaging or labels on the garment and it is undamaged, clean and unused.

·         In the event of no receipt or order confirmation but in a resalable condition we are happy to offer a credit note.

·         Where a product has been personalised or specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we are unable to refund or offer an exchange.

·         Any garment which has been altered is not refundable

·         With regret, swimwear, socks and tights are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

·         If you are unsatisfied with your purchase the decision to take action is down to the managers discretion.

5.       If you want to exchange or return an item bought online, please either return to a store or post back to 155-157 Lancaster Road, Enfield, EN20JN.

6.       If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email with an estimated due date and your delivery time will be confirmed.
