Loyalty Card Scheme

Our Loyalty Scheme means that you buy, we reward. The process is simple: buy online, in-store, or by appointment and accrue points. These points will save you money off of future purchases meaning that, over time, customers are rewarded by huge savings.

Terms and conditions apply:

  1. A loyalty card associated with a genuine customer account must be created prior to collecting points. Points cannot be backtracked and will be collected from the date the customer is signed onto the loyalty scheme given a loyalty card is presented.
  2. Customers must enrol for the Loyalty Scheme in store.
  3. Customers can enquire about their points balance via telephone.
  4. The name and account of the customer must match the name and account which is associated with the Loyalty Scheme. Guest payments do not accrue loyalty points.
  5. Spend valid at Smiths Schoolwear stores only, customers earn points by shopping online and in-store but can only redeem these points in store.
  6. Loyalty points have no expiry dates.
  7. Smiths Schoolwear reserve the right to subtract, clear, or add loyalty points where required.
